Frequently asked questions

What does the onboarding fee actually cover?

It enables our team to support with setup: template builds, AI tag configuration, data connection, team training, and ongoing support throughout the pilot. You're not paying for access to the product - you're paying for our team to get you to value. And it's credited in full if you upgrade to the full contract.

Do we need to commit to all three products?

No. You can pilot one product, two, or all three. Each product has its own 58-week contract with a break clause at either 3, or 6 weeks depending on the selected product - they're independent commitments.  

What if we don't use all trial weeks?

You can convert to your full subscription at any point during the pilot - you don't have to wait until the end. If you want to stop early, simply let your account manager know and the break clause applies.

What happens to our data if we don't continue?

Standard cancellation process applies. Your data is handled in line with the framework agreement signed at the start.
