New GDPR-specific features helps recruitment businesses attain, maintain and demonstrate GDPR compliance.

Vincere, the emerging market-leader in SaaS for recruitment and staffing firms, today announced further enhancements to their General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance ToolStack as part of the platform’s feature suite. This comprehensive roll-out puts Vincere in a CRM category on it’s own and distinguishes Vincere as the only recruitment platform on the market with out-of-the-box GDPR-specific features offering front, middle and back office capabilities.

The GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679), which came into full force on the 25th of May 2018, is the most significant and broad reform to data protection regulation, with impact globally on all organizations processing EU subjects data. Organizations who fail to comply will be subjected to large fines of up to 20 million Euros or 4% of gross turnover.

Compliance Analytics: Consent to Host and Consent to Represent tracked via a GDPR dashboard. This provides real time monitoring into the compliance levels across the entire database, with drill-down capabilities into candidate owner, location, industry and functional expertise.
